This is my quick 3 step study to use in a workshop.  The study is 11x15 and become my reference when teaching.  Sometime the study is better than the finished half sheet.

Christmas Memories

I found this old car in Lubbock, TX, and thought it would make a nice card.
This painting was poured, using red, blue and yellow. I used miskit on the tree limbs, and top of car and part of the snow on the ground. It was done a few years ago, but I always have fun dragging out some of my favorites. This is what it looked like here during Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. We don't normally have a white Christmas and it was beautiful.

Merry Christmas from Chester

Chester the cat is having his first Christmas with us as last Christmas he was on the streets begging and hungry with no place to call home.  He crawled into a gift bag and is here to wish you all a very Merry Christmas!

Last Day of School

The last day of school before Christmas is so exciting to the kids! And teachers, and bus drivers.
The snow kids are getting on the bus with their gifts for their teachers, and friends.

Poinsettia with Plaid Bow

30x22 drawn and painted from life, a red poinsettia complete with its fancy plaid bow and gold wrapped pot.  Merry Christmas!!! This is acrylic and wax resist crayon.

Choir Program

This was done several years ago, but I decided to add it in honor of our choir!
They came out and sang Christmas carols tonight, since I haven't been able to go
to Church or choir practice! We enjoyed it so much!

The Hair Dresser

This painting was done for my hair dresser. I just love painting these silly little
snow people. Is such fun.
