This is the last painting I did before all of my eye problems. It was about two and a half years ago. It seems longer to me.Noah was 18 months at the time. He is still close to his dog.
I start off with a pencil drawing & measuring the relations to the length of the face. The black stripe's are done with a Pitt pen. They are waterproof. I love those pens.
The only thing I see I wish I had spent some more time with his eyes. They seem a little large, though he has really big eyes.
This is so sweet. I think you did a great job on both the baby & the dog.
